The syndicate will purchase the property without bank borrowings which minimizes risk and will have a target quarterly income of up to 6% of the current price - £870,000. This property has a sitting tenant with a good covenant and the long term objective would be to sell the property in 5 years time and share the profit between you, the syndicate members.

And what's more, there will be no initial costs to you regardless of how you invest. However, there will be an initial fee if £287.50 if you invest through a Self Invested Personal Pension which will be deducted from your fund, £100 of which will be rebated into your pension fund upon completion. Thereafter, there will be an annual charge of £230 deducted from your fund.
